AXA Health are part of the AXA PPP group and one of the UK's most successful private health insurance companies. Despite their success, there had been a lack of engineering and agile presence in the business as they had so often relied on huge SI's to complete large parts of their work. G&F were engaged by AXA Health to help them innovate key areas in their business, including Data Engineering, Data Modelling, Software and Mobile engineering and to accelerate their Consumer Duty programme. We have worked on team augmentation and outcome delivery based projects with AXA over the past 2 years, spanning several key business areas across the group.
